How to add an item to All Apps

 

To add an item to the all apps menu list in Windows 10 you must create
a shortcut. The All Apps list will only accept a shortcut. It will not
show anything else.

First create a shortcut for the item you want to add and then
drag and drop it to the area you want it to go.
