To repair missing icons in task bar
delete iconstreams and pasticonstream then do a hard reboot.

To transfer or save menu order in Internet Explorer
just export the following key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\Windows\Current\Version\Explorer\MenuOrder\Favorites 

Stop driver updates
Change value to 0
