Location of Windows Live Mail email
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail

Location of Internet Explorer Temp Files
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Low\IE

Location of Internet Explorer History
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History

Location of Internet Explorer Favorites
C:\Users\(user name)\Favorites

Location of Host file
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Location of Cookies

Cookies have moved thanks to Microsoft. they are in two locations now. To access one of the locations go to internet options if you are using Internet explorer 11 select settings on the general tab and view files. I don't know on the other browsers.

Also cookies no longer have the .cookie extention any more it is a .xml file. They are located here

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore

Just type shell:cookies in the run command or navigate to
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCookies

Location of the startup folder
Just type shell:startup in the run command or navigate to
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Location of All Apps folder in start menu
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
