Are you having problems with a program that opens up on boot up that you did not want to? If so try this.
1. Go to settings.
2. Select Accounts
3. On the left select Sign-in-options
4. Scroll down to Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart.
5. Turn off that feature and that should take care of the problem.
